MAY FAVES

I am well aware that my blog has been dead for almost two months now. So much for being a consistent blogger. I'm sorry, I just had nothing to blog about but then who reads my blog so. Okay, since I have been MIA for two months I thought that I would blog about my May Favourites, hence the title. I got this idea while I was in the shower. Figured that I don't need to wait for a camera just so I can make a video about it. It's almost the same anyway minus the my kiddy voice.

Enough with the blabbering. For some of you don't know, May Faves is where I show you my favourite things in the month of May. Lets start.

(Personal Post)

You (lovely reader, you) may be wondering what is this post about so I am sat here with my sore body to tell you about it. Penang Free School held their Cross Country Run 2014 at Youth Park. Every school usually has this as an extra activity for students to gain marks for their respective sports house so one of them will be declare as champions on Sports Day. Anyway, I usually don't get involved in these kind of things. Main reason, self-conscious which leads to anxiety. Second reason, I'm a pessimist. So during my high school years in Convent Green Lane, I usually skip this or walk on my pace.

It's almost one in the morning and here I am trying to keep my promise. Well, at least I'll type half of it first. I'll just talk about my night first. Okay, we reached Esplanade around 4pm and I had four hours to panic so I did. When it was time for our performance, I was ready (or at least that's what I thought). I was fine, everything was fine but then right after the first line..my voice cracked. It was not only 'Oh, it's just a crack. I can fix it.' IT WAS NOT, I THOUGHT I COULD FIX IT. My voice was cracking and trembling the whole way. My hands were shaking, I had cold flushes, my chest tightened, nothing was coming out from my throat and my stomach felt sick. Yes, I had a bloody panic attack on the bloody stage! I've never experienced any panic attacks as horrid as this. This is hard for me to admit honestly but I just want to share this horrifying night(for me) with you guys. YES, I HAVE AN EXTREME HIGH LEVEL OF ANXIETY. NO THIS IS NOT A JOKE OR ANYTHING FUNNY. THIS THING RUINS YOUR LIFE AND SOMETIMES YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. AND WHEN YOU HAVE PANIC ATTACKS IT'S VERY VERY VERY HARD TO CALM YOURSELF.
